If the Repair will not run as per above, use the Download button to create a USB Windows Installation key, Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button) and select Run. If you have Drop Box running, I suggest you exit from Drop Box before doing a repair install ![]() I have found the best way to deal with this is to do a Windows 10 Repair Install. When this happens, there is usually an issue with the explorer subsystem or a shell context issue. ![]()
